Trevor’s Liquor seeks an organized Administrative Assistant to support our Accounting/HR team and senior management. This role is on-site in Scottsdale, AZ, handling accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and records management while assisting with onboarding and HR paperwork.
The ideal candidate has experience in accounting, payroll, bookkeeping, or HR, plus strong MS Office and Excel skills, sharp organization, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
