A well-established Arizona-based organization is seeking an Accounting Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys a hands‑on role, thrives in a collaborative environment, and wants exposure to a variety of accounting functions across multiple business entities.
Key Responsibilities- Perform full-cycle bookkeeping and day-to-day accounting activities
- Process and code vendor invoices and ensure timely posting
- Monitor and record banking transactions
- Prepare and post journal entries
- Manage corporate credit card programs and employee expense reimbursements
- Assist with monthly bank reconciliations
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
- Maintain accurate financial records in accordance with GAAP standards
- 3+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, or staff accounting experience
- Experience with Quick Books
- Experience supporting month-end close activities
