NOW HIRING | Advanced Billing Associate
LOCATION: Scottsdale, Arizona
Are you an experienced Billing or Accounting professional with a background in government contracting?
We're recruiting for an Advanced Billing Associate and looking for someone who understands the importance of accurate invoicing, compliance, audit-ready documentation, and keeping the billing cycle moving.
This opportunity could be a strong fit if you have experience with:
- FFP, T&M, and commercial invoicing
- Advanced Microsoft Excel – formulas, pivot tables & data analysis
- FAR, DFARS, DCAA, DCMA, CAS and/or SOX
- Oracle, Hyperion Essbase, or similar financial systems
- Billing audits and audit-ready documentation
- High school diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred
If your background includes government billing, contract billing, accounts receivable, or accounting operations
