Mark-Taylor in Scottsdale seeks a Portfolio Accountant to join our corporate office. You will prepare monthly financial reports, reconcile balance sheets, oversee cash management and bank reconciliations, and analyze cash flows for allocated properties.
We value a B.S. in Accounting/Finance, 2 years of property-management accounting, strong Excel, and excellent communication. Experience with Res Man/Real Page/MRI/YARDI is a plus, and we offer growth opportunities.
