Key Responsibilities Tax Planning & Compliance- Prepare and review complex individual and business tax returns
- Oversee federal and multi-state tax compliance engagements
- Research and resolve technical tax matters
- Identify proactive tax planning opportunities
- Monitor legislative and regulatory developments impacting clients
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Provide year-round tax planning and business guidance
- Assist clients with strategic financial and operational decisions
- Communicate complex tax concepts in a clear and practical manner
- Deliver exceptional service and responsiveness
- Mentor, coach, and develop tax professionals
- Review work product and provide technical guidance
- Assist with workflow planning and engagement management
- Foster collaboration and accountability across teams
- Support recruiting and professional development initiatives
- Manage multiple client engagements simultaneously
- Monitor budgets, timelines, and deadlines
- Coordinate with internal teams and firm leadership
