Job Summary

The Maricopa Center for Learning and Innovation (MCLI) is seeking a Program Coordinator to support the department by coordinating and assisting with various programs, activities, and events. This position maintains liaison relationships with other administrators, departments, and outside organizations, and monitors services and activities and works with a diverse population of faculty, staff, administrators, and community members. This position is expected to perform basic research, preliminary analysis, coordination, budget management, and transactional support related to activities hosted by the MCLI.

Essential Functions

35% Provides basic coordination and oversight of an assigned programs; responds to inquiries and solves problems in accordance with policies and procedures.

20% Prepares, processes and/or reconciles transactions, forms, paperwork and/or system data.

15% Organizes, updates and maintains program records, files, manuals and/or documentation.

10% Serves as a program liaison providing process and procedural coordination and support.

10% Monitors and ensures compliance with policies and procedures.

10% Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree from a regionally accredited institution in education, business or public administration, or a directly related field and one (1) year of experience in researching information, gathering data, performing preliminary analysis and preparing reports.
