Logistics Assistant – Entry Level

Position Overview

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Assistant – Entry Level to support our operations team. The Logistics Assistant will help coordinate inventory, transportation, scheduling, and material preparation for daily operations and event support.

• Assist with organizing and preparing materials for daily operations and scheduled events.
• Support inventory tracking, stock counts, and supply organization.
• Coordinate delivery and pickup schedules with internal teams.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed.
• Ensure warehouse and storage areas remain organized and compliant with safety standards.
• Provide general administrative support to the operations and logistics team.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs when necessary.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office preferred).
• Detail-oriented and able to follow processes accurately.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
