Our sales team is moving faster than our operations can support. That's where you come in. As our Sales Coordinator, you'll be the engine behind our deal flow — keeping documentation organized, transactions moving, and clients taken care of. You'll work directly with sales, vendors, and our operations leader. Do the job well, and you'll grow into leading our entire sales admin team here in Arizona.

Collect and organize deal documentation for smooth fundings, manage customer service inquiries, support vendor coordination, and help build the internal processes that scale.

Experience in loan processing, mortgage, transaction coordination, or office admin is a plus — but we'll train the right person. If you're organized, eager, and looking to break into B2B financial services with real growth potential, we want to hear from you.
