Position Overview
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Assistant Project Coordinator to support planning, execution, and administrative tracking of ongoing projects.
Key ResponsibilitiesTrack project progress and maintain status reports.
Schedule meetings and prepare agendas and meeting notes.
Maintain organized project documentation and files.
Communicate updates between internal teams and supervisors.
Monitor deadlines and follow up on pending tasks.
Support budgeting tracking and expense documentation.
Assist with administrative tasks related to project execution.
High school diploma required;
Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
