Junior Communications Coordinator

Position Overview

The Junior Communications Coordinator supports internal and client-facing communications related to projects, events, and service coordination. This role focuses on organization, documentation, and clear communication across teams.

• Assist with preparing internal and client communications.
• Coordinate schedules, meeting notes, and project updates.
• Maintain organized communication records and documentation.
• Support coordination between departments and client teams.
• Assist with reporting, summaries, and administrative communication tasks.
• Ensure timely and professional information flow across teams.

• High school diploma required;
  Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Previous administrative or coordination experience is a plus.
