ROLE OVERVIEWWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant & Client Coordinator to support the Managing Partner and help keep client work moving efficiently.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being the central point of coordination in a fast-paced, professional environment and takes pride in staying organized, responsive, and detail-oriented.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Manage and organize a high-volume email inbox, including drafting client responses for review
- Serve as a point of contact for client communication and ensure timely follow-up
- Track tax return status and follow up on open items with clients and team members
- Assist with document collection and client portal coordination
- Coordinate scheduling, meetings, and priorities
- Prepare and send client-facing communications and updates
- Support internal workflow processes and deadlines
- Assist with general administrative and coordination tasks
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear, professional written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and follow through consistently
- Proactive mindset with strong accountability
- Comfortable working in a deadline-driven environment
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
- Prior experience in an administrative or client service role preferred
- Flexible scheduling and hybrid work environment
