Provides on‑site office and project support, processing daily mail and vendor deliveries, and providing clerical assistance to the Department of Development. Responsibilities include managing and entering data in the department database; utilizing various resources, technology and software to support project needs daily for scanning (i.e., mail, various gift/legal documents, photos, indexing benefactor gifts). Manages and completes various processes, including mailings for special Development benefactor programs.
Clerical tasks may include but are not limited to: copying; scanning; distributing; preparing courier service for moving items to other Mayo locations; performing data collection and data entry; ordering and organizing office supplies, educational materials, and recognition items. Will interact with enterprise colleagues for site‑specific project and supply needs.
