Flex Care, part of the Optum family, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the medical team on-site in Scottsdale, AZ. The role involves greeting patients, answering calls, scheduling appointments, and handling mail and administrative tasks.
Requires a high school diploma, 1+ year of customer service, CPR/BLS within 45 days, and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel. Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm at our Scottsdale office.
