Office Administrator/ Coordinator
- Time/date stamp all incoming/outgoing mail.
- Sorts and delivers incoming mail by department and/or employee to ensure timely distribution.
- Sorts and delivers interdepartmental mail including notices and memoranda.
- Operates mail machines including the postage meter, photocopying machine, and mail folding and inserting machine.
- Pick, pack, and process customer and internal orders using warehouse management software.
- Create shipping labels using DHL, Fed Ex, UPS, USPS
- Coordinate collection of freight shipments.
- Maintains a clean work environment.
- Stock supplies needed for the mailroom.
- Performs other related duties as assigned

Job RequirementsWhat You’ll Bring
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of related shipping or admin support experience.
- Proficient with MS Office Suite, Excel, and Power Point
- Works independently on moderately complex and semi‑routine tasks.
- Communicates effectively and professionally
- Follows safety procedures and guidelines
- Adaptable, dependable, organized
- Independent, motivated, willingness to learn
- Able to lift up to 30 lbs. without assistance
- Must be able to pass required Pre‑Employment Screenings
- Must be willing and able to travel between both locations
