As the first point of contact for our Scottsdale office, you will play a key role in keeping daily operations running smoothly while supporting engineers, project managers, and administrative staff across a wide variety of responsibilities.

Your daily impact:
- Provide general administrative support to engineers, project managers, and administrative staff.
- Serve as the first point of contact for guests, vendors, and deliveries while maintaining a professional and welcoming office environment.
- Prepare, format, proofread, and organize technical documents, reports, specifications, and project files.
- Assist with project-related administrative tasks, scheduling, meeting coordination, office supply inventory and purchasing, and internal and external communications.
- Support accounting activities, including accounts payable and receivable functions.
- Coordinate office events, meetings, and local outreach activities, including career fairs and conferences.
- Perform occasional local errands, including transporting office materials and supporting business needs.
What you bring to the table:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative professional training is highly valued.
- 2-5 years of administrative experience, preferably in a technical, engineering, or professional services environment.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); experience with SharePoint, Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Project, Access, Photoshop, or similar tools is a plus.
- Experience in formatting professional documents, reports, presentations, and other business communications is highly valued.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with close attention to detail in grammar, punctuation, and formatting.
- Demonstrated ability to stay organized, handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- High level of discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information.
- Proactive, team-oriented mindset with a focus on supporting a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
