Assist with admission paperwork and process for new patients;
Provide facility tours to potential and newly admitted patients and families;
Offer excellent customer service and maintain professional attitude toward patients and visitors;
Support follow-up visits and interviews with new patients after admission;
Provide assistance to patients and families at time of admission;
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to Life Care policies and procedures;
Communicate effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team;
Assist with evacuation of patients when needed;
Demonstrate dependable attendance and good judgment
