Academic Coordinator
Part Time | Monday-Friday | 30 hours/week |11 am - 5 pm ET
Position Summary:
This role ensures information, documentation, and instructional resources remain accurate, organized, and accessible while supporting campuses and the Academic Team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, and enjoys creating efficient systems that improve communication and support campus success.
Create, edit, organize, and maintain the organization’s knowledge base articles within Zendesk.
Ensure articles remain current, accurate, and easily accessible.
Coordinate updates as policies, procedures, and support resources evolve.
Organize the knowledge base to improve campus usability and self-service support.
Maintain and update campus instructional materials and resource libraries.
Ensure campuses have access to the most current academic materials.
Maintain the organization and structure of the Academic Department Google Drive folders.
Archive outdated materials and ensure version control.
Coordinate updates to shared documents, templates, forms, and instructional resources.
Coordinate Course Progress Maps for new course development and verify completion.
Campus Academic Support
Manage Academic Inquiry (A-Inquiry) submissions.
Respond to campus inquiries with the most appropriate solutions.
Track inquiries, identify trends, and prepare reports to improve support processes.
Coordinate updates to shared documents, templates, and forms while ensuring version control.
Projects
Support the Academic Team with strategic initiatives and special projects.
Support the Academic Team with reporting, strategic initiatives, operational improvements, accreditation documentation, and special projects.
Gather, present, and maintain data.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; education, business, communications, or related field preferred.
Experience in academic operations, education, project coordination preferred.
Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, or Excel.
Experience with knowledge management systems, learning management systems, or documentation management.
Demonstrated ability to manage confidential information and organize complex records with accuracy
