Chapman Volkswagen Scottsdale is looking for an experienced Automotive Biller to join our dynamic team! Successful candidates are detail‑oriented, seek to produce highly accurate work and thrive in a culture that values efficiency. Accounting experience is required. Automotive billing experience is preferred. Come join our team!

- Perform accounting functions associated with billing vehicle deals.
- Post bank proceeds to the general ledger.
- Audit car deals to ensure compliance with all company policies.
- Process time‑sensitive contracts and related vehicle sales documentation accurately.
- Create and manage spreadsheets for sales commissions.
- Process and submit warranties and aftermarkets, including cancellations.
- Communicate regularly with F&I Managers and Sales Managers to further strengthen processes and build in efficiencies where applicable.
- Accounting experience is required
- Automotive billing experience is preferred
- Positive attitude and outgoing personality
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, challenging work environment
- Highly detail‑oriented, thorough and precise
- Willing to submit to a pre‑employment background check and drug screen
