We are looking for a passionate and driven individual to join our growing automotive center as a Service Advisor. While prior experience in automotive service or parts is valuable, what we value most is enthusiasm for cars—especially Porsche—and a genuine desire to build a long-term career in the industry.
Our shop handles everything from basic maintenance to full restorations and engine rebuilds, working on modern, vintage, street, and race cars. This is a unique opportunity to learn, grow, and be mentored by a team of expert technicians. If you bring the passion, presence, and drive, we will provide the training.
The Service Advisor will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring that their service needs are met with professionalism, confidence, and care.
Key responsibilities- Welcome clients, ensure their comfort, and create a positive service experience.
- File paperwork, record and audit client files, manage invoices, and maintain office supplies.
- Schedule service appointments and coordinate with vendors.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, providing real-time updates on service progress.
- Assist with quality checks on vehicles before release and work with technicians on adjustments.
- Help prepare repair orders and estimates, presenting them with clarity and confidence.
- Answer phones, assist with timesheets and labor tracking, and keep the workspace organized.
- A passion for cars, especially Porsche, and a desire to build a career in the automotive field.
- Strong presence and a confident attitude, with the ability to hold your own under pushback.
- Natural knack for sales — able to communicate value, build trust, and guide clients through decisions.
- Willingness to learn and be trained into the role.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong hospitality/customer service mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Automotive knowledge or experience in service/parts is a plus, but not required for the right candidate.
