Summary
The mission of the Proposal Center Coordinator is to drive and support the business development team across the US and elevate SFE and SLA brands. Candidate will provide direct support to the sales and team by coordinating all proposal production, trade show activity and general sales support.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Aid sales team in achieving planned revenue growth and delivering mutual profitability for SFE/SLA and school district partners
- Identify areas of improvement in the company and assist in creating and implementing solutions
- Manage and track sales pipeline and create reports and dashboards through Sales Force
- Manage Business Development Interns
- Manage Business Development Coordinator
- Complete and maintain accurate sales forecasts, data gathering and reports
- Assist with managing the sales pipeline and perform weekly reporting functions on an ongoing and timely basis for proposal deadlines
- Maintain online server database for all contracts, RFPs, and proposal allocation within SharePoint and hardcopy library
- Manage the completion of the proposal process which includes editing, reviewing, printing and shipping proposal books to clients in a high volume, fast‑paced environment
- Participate in management meetings and take responsibility for sales improvement initiatives and other assigned action items
- Track budget and expenses for trade shows
- Handle all sales administration duties in a timely and efficient manner
- Perform any other duties as assigned by Chief Growth Officer and Senior Executives
- Other duties, as assigned
- BS/BA in Marketing or Business Administration or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years of sales or sales‑coordinating experience
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work alongside all levels of the organization
- Proficient in Sales Force
- Proficient in Adobe In Design
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, competitive sales environment with strong attention to detail
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit and use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and peripheral vision.

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. This position will involve computer tasks and telephone communication including, but not limited to, customer service. This job requires a comprehensive work effort while generally working a regular five‑day work week schedule, however, occasionally a six‑ or seven‑day work schedule may be required.
