We are looking for someone passionate about helping people make life changing decisions, who is driven to contribute to a fast growing Inc-5,000 concierge physical medicine company.
Your days will be spent on the phone, talking to people about physical pain, failed treatments elsewhere, and helping them understand how our treatment approach and results justify them considering going outside of insurance-based care.

This is a high-conversation, high-impact role where your performance is tracked and your work directly determines whether someone takes action on their health or stays stuck.

If you relate to highly active people, or have a history with not being able to find solutions in healthcare for physical pain, these would be strong relational points.
Most people you’ll speak with have already tried:
- Traditional physical therapy
- Medications or injections
- “Managing it” or being told it’s just their age
They’re skeptical. They’re frustrated. And they’re looking for clarity.
Your role is to help them decide confidently and honestly whether our clinic is the right next step.
What This Role Actually IsAs an Intake Specialist / Client Care Coordinator
, your job is to turn inbound interest into booked Discovery Visits by having real, empathetic conversations that lead to action.
You’ll spend most of your day:
- On the phone
- Following a clear process
- Working toward specific daily and weekly booking targets

What You’ll Be Doing Day to Day- Holding 15–20 minute phone conversations with potential patients using our proven framework
- Making 60–100 outbound dials per day with energy and purpose
- Listening for emotional drivers like independence, confidence, and identity
- Booking 50%+ of qualified leads into Discovery Visits
- Protecting a 90%+ show rate by setting expectations and generating clarity
- Accurately tracking conversations, outcomes, and next steps in our CRM
- Running follow-up and reactivation campaigns for past leads and patients
- Collaborating daily with clinicians and front desk to ensure seamless handoffs
- Meeting some clients in person to discuss options, logistics, and next steps

- You have direct experience with yourself or family members not getting good care in insurance based care (strong relational point).
- You like sales because it’s about helping people take action
