About the role:

Role Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a strategic liaison between business partners and IT teams to ensure technology solutions align with organizational goals and strategies, including active IT business partnership across field and central sales operations. This role combines deep business-process knowledge with practical IT expertise to deliver impactful, unified digital solutions that support both central and commercial-level strategies
  • Collaborate with partners across sales teams to analyze business and IT requirements; understand the needs of business units and perform feasibility assessments, ROI calculations, and prioritization of business needs and requests
  • Develop and implement roadmaps for owned services/applications, including the introduction of new capabilities into the portfolio
  • Analyze existing services
    , identify inefficiencies, and recommend digital solutions aligned with strategic objectives and project management standards
  • Lead vendors and products
    , including RFI, RFP, and PoC processes
  • Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for owned services/applications
  • Work independently while contributing to the team and other business units
    , acting as a bridge between business units and solution partners
  • Lead budgets
    , including forecasting, planning, and spending for both OPEX and CAPEX
Top Accountabilities

Digital transformation, stakeholder management, analysis, business partnering, service delivery

Experience / skills required:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Computer, Electrical & Electronics, Mathematical, or Industrial Engineering preferred).
  • Minimum of 5 years' overall IT experience; experience in FMCG - especially sales planning and field execution - is a plus.
  • Knowledge and experience in Sales Force Automation(Panorama is a plus) and SAP (SD is a plus).
  • Experience in product management (non-SAP solutions), including RFI, RFP, PoC, analysis, and procurement processes.
  • Experience and a solid understanding of development and test activities & technologies
  • Fundamental experience and knowledge in Project Management.
  • Ability to translate knowledge into practical solutions to drive the digital approach forward.
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills to work effectively with international colleagues.
  • Ability to influence effectively across multiple partners by creating clarity in strategy and execution plans.
