- Create, organize, and maintain training materials, presentations, and resources
- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience in a sales, sales support, marketing, communications, or related role, or 4+ years of experience in a similar role
- 2+ years of experience in a revenue operations or sales operations role
- Required systems experience with Salesforce, Hubspot, and Gong
- Understanding of enterprise B2B SaaS sales motions, sales best practices, and KPIs
- Excellent organizational and project management skills with keen attention to detail
- Experience working with Sales Reps and leading training programs
- Preferred systems experience with Zoominfo, Zoho, and Seismic
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Familiarity with GenAI tools like Gemini and other AI tools in a business setting
