Role DescriptionThe Sr. Proposal Coordinator position is a full-time, on-site role located in any of of the following locations Overland Park, KS, Scottsdale AZ, Houston TX or Denver CO.
The Sr. Proposal Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the proposal development process, including coordinating, preparing, managing, and writing proposals in response to RFPs (Requests for Proposals). The role involves liaising with cross‑functional teams, ensuring proposal compliance with client requirements, and aligning deliverables with strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will strive to deliver high‑quality, engaging proposals that strengthen the company’s competitive position.
Qualifications- Large electrical project experience, transmission and distribution, high voltage‑EPC experience
- Expertise in Proposal Management and Proposal Writing
- Experience working with Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
- Strong organizational, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field is preferred or Associates degree and 2+ years relevant experience
