• This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located Scottsdale, AZ. The Business Development Manager will; have a strong book of business they can tap into right away, drive new business opportunities, establish and maintain client relationships, and develop strategic plans to expand the company’s client base. Responsibilities include sales prospecting, generating leads, conducting market research, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, occasionally representing Olympic at trade shows, networking events, and industry meetups and collaborating with internal operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.

• Proven experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management
• Strong skills in market research, lead generation, and strategic planning
• Ability to prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
• Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and able to work both independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience in; tradeshow transportation, event logistics, drayage, installation & dismantle (I&D), and storage
