As the Business Operations Specialist for the Learning Enterprise, you will serve as the primary key connection point for travel, procurement, and Workday transactions for the Learning Enterprise teams. You will have the opportunity to implement daily business operations practices between the Business Operations team, teams across Learning Enterprise and internal and external partners to ensure adherence to established procurement and financial policies.
Working alongside the Director of Fiscal and Business Operations and a fast-growing team, this position will have a strong emphasis on processing Workday transactions. You will assist with travel questions, administer PCard payments and reconciliations. This role may also assist the Business Operations team with other core functions, including accounts receivables and collections, and others as required.

Hybrid work is an arrangement where employees spend a minimum of 60% of their regular workweek at their primary ASU work location. Dean or vice president-level approval is required.
Please note that this position is Hybrid/Remote off-campus at our Scottsdale Skysong location.
