Position: Advanced Program Performance Management Specialist

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Provide contract/program cost and schedule management and analysis for development programs
  • Develop program cost and/or schedule baselines within contract parameters in collaboration with the program team
  • Analyze program performance (historical and predictive) and monitor contract/program Estimate at Complete and schedule completion date
  • Make recommendations to program managers and program leads based on analysis
  • Manage single or multiple contracts typically valued up to $20M per year
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent plus a minimum of 5 years relevant experience; or Master's degree plus a minimum of 3 years relevant experience
  • U.S. citizenship is required due to the nature of work performed within the facilities
  • Domain knowledge in program and/or product life cycle and financial processes
  • Experience with Earned Value Management and scheduling tools
  • Strong analytical skills and creative thinking abilities
