Proposal Coordinator

Job Description

A premier food service management provider is looking for a Proposal Coordinator to join their growing team. This individual will work with cross‑functional team members, including Business Development and Operations, in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment to help respond to Request for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Quotations (RFQs), Requests for Information (RFIs) and manage the proposal development process to ensure on‑time delivery of compelling, compliant, and well‑written proposals.

They will be expected to work on up to 5‑6 proposals at a time and should also exhibit strong writing skills, proficiency in InDesign and Adobe Suite, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to generate creative ideas while working both independently and collaboratively.

• 3-5 years of overall experience as a proposal coordinator/writer
• Must have experience working with Adobe Creative Suite/ Adobe In Design
• Must be able develop creative and detailed proposals in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to build Net New Proposals - Experience with Rebid Proposals
• Certifications
• Bachelor's Degree
