Sr. Business Analyst- Onshore

Role Overview

V4C.ai is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to bridge business objectives and technology solutions. In this role, you will ensure projects align with organizational goals, leverage data-driven insights, and drive successful outcomes across initiatives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather feedback and validate requirements.
• Create detailed documentation including BRDs, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity.
• Evaluate project outcomes and recommend improvements for continuous optimization.
• Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in business analysis.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Data Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in technology-driven environments.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and deliver actionable insights.
• Proficiency with tools such as SQL, Tableau
  , or similar analytics platforms.
• Experience with DBX and strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience presenting insights and recommendations to executive leadership.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management principles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to business challenges.
