Position: Faith-Based Jr. Chief of Staff
  • Project-manage organizational initiatives from planning through execution stage
  • Track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables
  • Coordinate cross-departmentally
  • Prepare status reports and identify challenges and open tasks
  • Drive execution on strategic priorities established by leadership
  • Manage and prioritize the Leadership commitments and follow-up items
  • Prepare agendas, briefing documents, presentations, and meeting materials
  • Attend meetings, capture action items, and ensure completion
  • Draft communications, reports, and executive correspondence
  • Help facilitate leadership meetings
  • Improve communication flow
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend improvements
  • Build systems that improve efficiency
  • Work with leadership to develop resources, training, publication reviews
  • Assist with podcast scheduling and bio prep
  • Develop and maintain project tracking systems
  • Create dashboards and reporting mechanisms for key initiatives
  • Document processes and SOPs
  • Monitor organizational priorities
  • Coordinate calendars
  • Organize travel and event logistics
  • Assist with executive presentations and special projects
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 4 yrs of experience in operations, project management, administration, consulting, or executive support
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
  • Experience supporting C‑suite
  • Nonprofit or mission‑driven organizations experience
  • Experience with project management platforms
  • Strong meeting management skills
  • Budget and operational planning exposure
