Our client, in the autonomous vehicle industry, is seeking a Tele Operations Shift Supervisor to join their team. As a Tele Operations Shift Supervisor, you will be part of the Fleet Operations supporting Tele Ops Service missions. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $36.00/hour
Shift: Various shifts available; (4) 10-hour days;
All schedules include at least 1 weekend day
What's the Job?
- Supervise a team of Tele Ops operators to ensure operational excellence and safety standards are maintained.
- Coordinate daily service operations supporting autonomous vehicle missions and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Provide performance feedback and coaching to team members to foster continuous improvement.
- Support and mentor team members, promoting a safety-centric and inclusive communication culture.
- Collaborate with other leaders within Fleet Operations to optimize vehicle fleet performance and safety protocols.
What's Needed?
- At least 1 year of Tele Ops experience supporting autonomous vehicle operations.
- Experience working in collaborative, high-performance environments with a focus on teamwork.
- Proven problem-solving skills and ability to improve operational efficiency.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective team coordination.
