Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

• Establishes and implements a marketing strategy for the designated territory in line with company objectives
• Shares ideas throughout Division, of new marketing concepts, recruiting, and competitive intel
• Recruits, trains and develops Loan officers in a specific region
• Attends industry related conventions and trade shows as needed
• Plans and organizes regular meetings with sales and operations team
• Creates and maintains a social media platform, i.e. Linked In, and stays on top of shifting market technologies
• Establish and develop relationships with the local Realtors, Brokers and Financial Planners
• Supports specific division, including DSM, ASM, BM, SM and Loan officers

• Marketing Background
• Bachelor Degree preferred
• Excellent leadership and motivational skills
• Superb written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft programs, Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality required.

Demonstrates expertise in developing and implementing marketing strategies while fostering relationships with key stakeholders such as Realtors and Financial Planners. Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across divisions.
