Our client, a leader in autonomous mobility services, is seeking a Mission Control Associate to join their team. As a Mission Control Associate, you will be part of the Operations Support team supporting service operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and resourcefulness, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Support commercial service operations from the service operations command center
• Ensure all operational teams are ready for service by completing pre-mission startup checklists
• Work cross-functionally to ensure smooth operation within your market
• Be the first point of contact for basic vehicle troubleshooting
• Create and escalation service disruption events via internal ticketing systems

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proactive mindset and resourcefulness
• Computer literacy proficiency
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to comply with company policies and safety standards
