We're looking for an experienced and proactive Account Manager to help reach our APAC ambitions. You will be managing key account relationships across multiple industries and channels for our cross-border merchants. The ideal candidate is a born networker who thrives in a fast-paced, diverse, and entrepreneurial environment.

Fully responsible for the success and satisfaction of your merchants in your portfolio.

Build strong relationships with key contacts across multi continents and time zones.

Build and sustain relationships with key merchant stakeholders, and leverage those relationships to drive the best possible merchant experience

Ensure a positive and consistent relationship for one or more assigned clients

Serve as primary point of contact to support problem resolution and ensure client retention

Work and collaborate with colleagues in the Global Nuvei Team
