We are partnering with a client who is seeking a Process Excellence Manager to join a growing business transformation team. This is a hands-on individual contributor role focused on driving process improvement initiatives, implementing operational efficiencies, and supporting enterprise-wide transformation efforts.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze and improve business processes using Lean Six Sigma methodologies and process mapping techniques.
- Lead process improvement projects from discovery through implementation and stabilization.
- Evaluate large datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and performance improvement recommendations.
- Develop KPIs and performance metrics to measure outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to facilitate workshops, document current and future-state processes, and support change adoption.
- Drive implementation of technology-enabled process enhancements and operational excellence initiatives.
- Communicate findings, recommendations, and project outcomes through clear storytelling and executive-ready presentations.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, business transformation, or continuous improvement.
- Strong experience with Lean Six Sigma tools, process mapping, root cause analysis, and performance measurement.
- Advanced analytical skills with experience working with large and complex datasets.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive process change across multiple business functions.
- Experience in financial services, manufacturing, healthcare, operations, shared services, or other process-driven environments is welcomed.
