Senior Lead Product Manager – Lending, Agentic AI Transformation

• Own product strategy and roadmap for agentic automation capabilities, including autonomous task execution, decision orchestration, exception handling, and human-in-the-loop workflows
• Translate complex business processes into agent-driven operating models
• Partner with architecture, solution engineering, product design, risk, compliance, and operations to deliver production-grade AI/agent solutions
• Define and prioritize outcomes-based backlogs focused on cycle time reduction, quality improvement, cost efficiency, and customer impact
• Establish responsible AI guardrails, including explainability, auditability, risk controls, and performance monitoring
• Drive adoption and change management for agent-enabled capabilities across frontline and operations teams
• Measure automation effectiveness using throughput, accuracy, deflection, straight-through processing rate, and human-touch reduction
• Collaborate with product managers, analysts, and managers at multiple levels
• Interact directly with vendors
• Influence professionals and senior managers to achieve agreement on definitions, measurements, and interpretations
• Provide strategic consultation for complex Home Lending use cases
• Lead development of Home Lending Product strategy, objectives, processes, resources, and long-term goals
• Ensure adherence to data management, data governance, regulatory, policy, and compliance requirements
• Foster agile discipline and continuous improvement using agility metrics
• Build decision-making frameworks that enable effective debate and accelerate decisions

• 7+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery, or agile product owner experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
• 2+ years of experience designing or managing systems that include autonomous or semi-autonomous agents, workflow orchestration across multiple systems, human-in-the-loop decisioning, exception handling, and learning feedback loops
• Product management experience within the last 12 months delivering AI-driven or agent-based automation in complex, regulated, or high-volume environments
• Ability to decompose end-to-end business processes into agent, tool, and human responsibilities
• Experience with agentic frameworks, intelligent workflow platforms, or advanced automation beyond basic rules-based RPA
• Background in process transformation, operational excellence, or digital operations modernization
• Familiarity with AI governance, model risk management, or regulatory controls in financial services
• Experience launching reusable agent platforms or capabilities
• Ability to explain complex AI concepts to senior leaders and non-technical stakeholders
• Strong project planning and experience leading cross-functional teams through significant change
• Experience building relationships across lines of business and influencing partners
• Experience leading and managing transformation efforts and large, complex initiatives within a matrixed environment
• Experience in banking and financial sectors, particularly Home Lending, Credit, and/or Risk Management
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail and accuracy
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Compliance with mortgage regulatory requirements and Wells Fargo compliance policies
