CSI Construction is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee commercial projects to include multi-family, hotels, Senior Housing, and other construction projects from pre-construction through close-out. This role ensures projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contract documents and company standards.

• Manage all phases of multi-family construction projects from pre-construction through final completion.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and cost forecasts.
• Oversee subcontractor procurement, contract negotiations, and buyout processes.
• Review and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and pay applications.
• Conduct routine site visits to ensure quality control and safety compliance.
• Lead project meetings with clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Identify and mitigate project risks to maintain schedule and profitability.
• Provide accurate and timely reporting to the Project Executive.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and contractual obligations.

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in multi-family residential construction.
• Strong construction background with experience in ground-up projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar).
• Valid Arizona driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Base Salary: $130,000 – $150,000 annually (DOE)
