Experienced Excavator Operator

We are an employee–owned heavy civil contractor seeking an experienced Excavator Operator to load off‑road haul trucks, perform grading work with an excavator, and use hydraulic hammer attachments. The role requires a commitment to safety, teamwork, and efficient execution across a variety of projects. Typical schedules are Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday work, and may involve travel based on project needs.

• 2–4+ years of experience in the construction industry, including earthmoving and heavy construction.
• Experience operating excavators, including hydraulic hammer attachments.
• Experience operating or assisting with off‑road haul trucks and grading work.
• Ability to safely get on/off equipment using three points of contact.
• Conduct daily routine inspections on assigned equipment and report defects to supervisors.
• Walk safely on 2:1 slopes throughout the jobsite.
• Work safely in all weather conditions (hot, humid, cold, wet, etc.).
• Willingness to travel based on company and project needs.
