Position:Heavy Civil Construction Foreman
This position is responsible for directing field personnel, administering good construction safety practices, and communicating effectively with all on‑site activities. The foreman also assists the Project Superintendent with various construction activities and maintains good communication with supervision and project management.

- Assist the Project Superintendent with construction activities.
- Maintain communication with supervision and project management.
- 2–3 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably heavy civil.
- Knowledge of cut and fill operations.
- Ability to work independently and as a team leader.
- Exercise professional judgment and behavior.
- Ability and willingness to travel to job sites.
- Experience in cut/fill earthwork operations on residential projects.
- Reading and interpreting plan sets.
- Reading and understanding soil reports and project specifications.
- Knowledge of dust control requirements and best practices.
