Rummel Construction, Inc. is seeking a Residential Construction Manager to support our construction management division, RCCM, LLC. Your role will be assigned to one or more projects in residential master‑planned communities in the Phoenix Metro area.

• Keep trade contractors, designers, and consultants on track to deliver a high‑quality product that meets owners and municipality requirements.
• Monitor construction progress and collaborate with multiple teams.
• Communicate with stakeholders and ensure compliance with safety and municipality requirements.
• Field‑supervise trade contractors, review plans, manage schedules and quality of work, and facilitate meetings between stakeholders.

• Experience in residential master‑planned community development is a plus.
• College degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is a plus.
• Knowledge of multiple trades, including wet utilities, dry utilities, concrete, landscaping, paving, grading, signage, SWPPP, and PM10 requirements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong personal organizational skills and the ability to manage time and prioritize duties.
• Strong decision‑making ability based on analysis of situations.
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with municipalities, trade partners, and owners.
• Self‑starter who can manage time with minimal supervision.
