T.L. Hanks Excavating is hiring construction general laborers! Do you have experience in the construction field and are you looking for a job with growth? • Site Prep (raking, water application, shoveling, grade checking)
• Outside Work
• Running Water Truck
• Day-to-day activities of the position
• Current hours are from 7am - 3pm M-F
• We work on Saturdays occasionally
• You will be responsible for handling all duties on the ground while heavy equipment operator runs equipment. On-site training will be provided.

• You will have the ability to grow your career from laborer to heavy equipment operator after learning all the skills of a laborer. By learning the position of a labor, you can gain experience and knowledge needed to continue growing in our company.

• Must have prior construction experience
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
