We are seeking a Project Engineer with 1–5 years of experience to support field operations, project controls, cost tracking, scheduling, documentation, and contract administration on major mining and Heavy Civil infrastructure projects. • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
• 1–5 years of Heavy Civil construction experience
• Experience with earthwork, concrete, underground utilities, mining infrastructure, water infrastructure, or industrial construction preferred
• Strong understanding of project controls, RFIs, submittals, scheduling, and cost tracking
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and contract documents
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to travel and work on project assignments throughout the Southwest
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software

• Support Project Managers and Superintendents on mining and Heavy Civil infrastructure projects
• Manage RFIs, submittals, quantity tracking, and project documentation
• Assist with cost reporting, forecasting, budget tracking, and schedule updates
• Coordinate with field operations, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders
• Support project controls and contract administration activities
  
  Monitor project progress and help identify potential issues before they impact schedule or budget
• Participate in project planning, execution, and closeout activities
• Promote a culture of safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement
