Rummel Construction, Inc. is a heavy civil general contractor specializing in mass excavation and grading. We are 100% employee‑owned and have been serving the Southwest since 1996.

• Distribute water throughout the job site to control dust while cutting haul roads and moving large equipment.
• Load and unload trucks with materials and supplies, lifting and moving items weighing 10–50 lb.
• Walk safely on walkways with 2:1 slopes and operate in all weather conditions (hot, cold, wet, humid).
• Maintain a safe work environment and operate efficiently as a safety‑sensitive position.

• 3 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Valid CDL with tanker endorsement.
• Acceptable driving record with no accidents or violations in the past three years.
• Willingness to travel.

• Basic Dust Control Coordinator Certification.
