Ames Construction—Arizona division is seeking an experienced Heavy Civil Transportation Foreman to lead crews on ADOT highway and bridge projects across Arizona. You’ll supervise daily field operations, plan activities, read plans, coordinate with engineers and inspectors, and ensure quality and safety on site.
Ideal candidates bring 5+ years as a foreman in heavy civil, familiarity with ADOT standards, GPS grade control, and the ability to work outdoors in all conditions.
