We’re looking for an experienced Superintendent to oversee the field construction of luxury custom homes averaging around $20M in value from groundbreaking through final completion. This opportunity is ideal for a hands‑on construction professional who excels at coordinating subcontractors, maintaining schedules, ensuring exceptional craftsmanship, and delivering a high‑end client experience.

• Oversee daily field operations for $20M+ luxury custom home projects from site start through Certificate of Occupancy.
• Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, deliveries, and jobsite logistics to maintain project schedules and construction milestones.
• Ensure construction quality meets architectural plans, specifications, and luxury finish standards.
• Conduct quality control inspections and manage detailed punch‑list completion prior to homeowner turnover.
• Proactively identify and resolve field issues to minimize delays, maintain timelines, and protect project quality.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, designers, vendors, and homeowners throughout the construction process.
• Maintain organized, safe jobsites while enforcing company safety standards and expectations.
• Maintain accurate daily logs, progress updates, inspections, and project documentation using construction management software.

• 4+ years of residential Superintendent experience.
• Proven experience managing luxury custom home builds ($10M+ preferred).
• Strong understanding of residential construction sequencing, scheduling, inspections, and high‑end finish standards.
• Experience coordinating multiple subcontractor trades and managing complex construction phases.
• Familiarity with Procore, Buildertrend, Bluebeam
  , or similar construction management platforms preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Scottsdale, AZ
