Commercial Construction Superintendent
Tucson, AZ | Full-Time
Join G & J Development, Inc., a growing commercial construction company specializing in medical and office projects.
We're looking for an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to lead projects from start to finish. If you're a strong leader who takes pride in quality work, job site safety, and keeping projects on schedule, we'd love to talk with you.
What You'll Do- Manage commercial construction projects from start to finish
- Supervise field employees and subcontractors
- Coordinate with Project Managers, owners, inspectors, and other trades
- Schedule work and keep projects on track
- Maintain quality, safety, and productivity
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Complete daily reports and project documentation
- Mentor and lead field crews
- 5+ years of Commercial Construction Superintendent experience
- Experience managing commercial construction projects
- Medical, healthcare, or office construction experience is a plus
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Blueprint reading experience
- Knowledge of OSHA safety requirements
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
