The Remodeling Production Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Scottsdale, AZ, with some flexibility for work from home. This role oversees day-to-day production activities for residential remodeling projects, including scheduling, coordinating subcontractors and internal crews, and managing project timelines and budgets. The Remodeling Production Manager conducts site visits, monitors job progress and quality, resolves on-site issues, and ensures safety and compliance with building codes and company standards.
The role includes regular communication with homeowners to provide updates, manage expectations, and address concerns, as well as close collaboration with design, sales, and office teams to ensure smooth project handoffs and efficient project completion. The Remodeling Production Manager also reviews project performance, supports process improvements, and contributes to maintaining Tra Vek’s high standards and reputation in the market.
- Demonstrated experience managing residential remodeling or construction projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and coordinating crews and subcontractors.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, building codes, and job site safety practices.
- Proficient in project management and job-costing tools; ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with homeowners, trade partners, and internal teams.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and hold field teams accountable while fostering a respectful, collaborative work environment.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills, with attention to detail and quality.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for regular travel to job sites in the Scottsdale/Phoenix area.
- Previous experience with design-build firms or remodeling companies is highly beneficial; NARI or similar industry certifications are a plus.
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
