CORE is seeking an experienced Healthcare Construction Sr. Superintendent to lead on-site coordination for projects in Scottsdale, AZ.
You will uphold CORE’s safety, quality, schedule, and cost practices while working with trade partners and our clients in complex healthcare environments. This exempt role requires at least 10 years in construction, 5 in supervision, CHC and ICRA certifications, and proven experience with occupied facilities and large-scale hospitals.
