  • Blueprint&Layout Mastery:
    
    Readandinterpretcomplexarchitecturaldrawings,mechanical blueprints,andtradelayoutstoaccuratelycoordinatefirestopplacement.
  • Lead Field Crews :
    
    Directdailyactivitiesoffirestopinstallers,layout technicians,andsubcontractorstokeepproductiononschedule.
  • Drive
    
    Collaboration:
    
    Fosterateam-firstenvironmenton-site.
    
    ResolvefieldconflictsconstructivelywithotherMEPtrades.
  • ConductQA/QC:
    
    Performrigorousinspectionsofthrough-penetrations,joint systems,andperimeterbarriersbeforefinalinspection.

• • STISystems
    
    Management:
    
    Overseethe selection,procurement,anddeploymentofSTI(Specified Technologies Inc .)firestopproductsandsystems.
  • Manage Documentation:
    
    Maintaindetailedlogsofengineeringjudgments(EJs),submittals,andUL-classified systems.
  • Track Budget&
    
    Schedule:
    
    Monitorlaborhours,material yields,andprojectmilestonestoensureprofitabledelivery.
  • Coordinate Materials:
    
    Forecastandmanageinventoryofspecialtyfirestopmaterialstopreventfielddelays.

• • Interface with Clients:
    
    Actastheprimarypointofcontactforthe General Contractor ,TSMCrepresentatives,andAHJ(Authority Having Jurisdiction ).
  • Cross-Functional Alignment:
    
    Workcloselywithotherteamfunctionalareastosequencefirestoppingefficientlyaroundcomplexutilityruns.

• • Plan Reading:
    
    Proficiencyinreadingblueprints,construction drawings,andcomplexMEPtradelayouts.
  • STIExpertise:
    
    DeepknowledgeofSTIFirestop
    
    Systems,including through-penetrations,construction joints,andtheirdigitaltrackingapplications.
  • Industry
    
    Experience:
    
    Minimum5yearsofexperienceincommercial/industrialfirestoppingormechanicalconstruction.
  • Leadership
    
    Experience:
    
    Atleast2yearsinasupervisory,foreman,orprojectmanagementrole.
  • Semiconductor Familiarity:
    
    Priorexperienceworkingonlarge-scaleadvancedtechnologyfacilitiesorcleanroomenvironmentsishighlypreferred.
  • Software Proficiency:
    
    Experiencewithconstructionmanagementsoftware(e.g.,Procore,Bluebeam,BIM
    360) anddigitalfirestoptrackingtools.

    ValidOSHA
    30certificationisstrictlyrequired.
  • Manufacturer Training:

    Approved Driller/Firestop Exam,orULCertified Firestop Examishighlydesired .
