Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking a highly-talented, collaborative UX Designer to join our Creative Design team. As a UX Designer, you will work side‑by‑side with our industry’s brightest minds and be integral to the creative process, taking part in strategy, conception, and design of end‑to‑end digital experiences. Your role will span—from early ethnographic research to post‑launch testing and tuning—providing top‑notch solutions for our clients.

Candidate Profile- Passionate about design
- In‑tune with clients and their customers
- Knowledgeable in the experiences made possible by ever‑changing digital technologies
- Drawn to domains like design, commerce, mobile, branding, retail, and social media
- Organized, independent, creative, flexible
- Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, Omnigraffle
- 10+ years of experience and deep knowledge of the craft
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills
- Solid understanding and demonstration of user‑centered design principles
- Combination of strategic and conceptual design abilities
- Background in UX Research, Psychology, and Coding
- Expertise in persona development, journey mapping, user interface design, wire framing, information & application architecture, process flows, prototyping, stakeholder & customer interviews, usability testing
- Develop simple and elegant design approaches for complex design problems
- Create amazing experiences
- Dive into the details, with the bigger picture in mind
- Collaborate actively as part of a multi‑disciplinary team
- Connect customers and brands through intuitive interfaces and transformative brand experiences
- Work under pressure; prioritize time‑sensitive assignments
